The list price is what you pay

The US$ / HK$ / SGD price shown on each jacket is a delivered-to-your-door price, including:

• The garment itself
• DHL Express international shipping
• Local customs brokerage
• Local import duty and sales tax

DHL will never present you with an additional invoice on delivery. If they do, send a photo to the atelier — we refund the full amount.

You're notified at every step

As tailoring enters its final week, you'll receive an email with the projected dispatch date. On the day we ship, you receive a DHL tracking number by email and SMS.

DHL calls on the morning of delivery to arrange a window. We recommend listing the order placer as recipient — customs in some markets requires the last four digits of an ID for clearance.

Paulownia box · garment bag · spares

Each jacket is wrapped in acid-free tissue, slipped into a breathable cotton garment bag, and laid into a paulownia wood box stamped with the Jinko mark. The box is meant to stay with the jacket for off-season storage.

Tucked into the box, every order also includes:

Three attempts · then to pickup

DHL attempts delivery three times. After that, the parcel is held at the nearest DHL service point for seven days for pickup with your tracking number. If unclaimed, the parcel returns to the atelier and a redelivery fee (around US$ 40) applies.
