From a length of cloth ·
to your closetsix steps · six to eight weeks · made in japan
Our process is deliberately simple — every choice is made online, every jacket is cut in our Tokyo atelier, and DHL takes it the rest of the way. From order to dispatch averages six to eight weeks.
Choose fabric and silhouette
In the configurator, choose one of three archetypes (il conte / m-65 / bomber) and one of fourteen seasonal cloths. You can compare three swatches side by side — we send them to you, free of charge.
If you're undecided, book a fifteen-minute online consultation. We'll talk you through cloth and colour against what's already in your closet.
Measure
Following the measuring guide, take seven readings — chest, shoulder, sleeve, length, waist, hip, neck. For a first order we recommend asking a second pair of hands; self-measuring at a mirror leaves more room for error.
If you already own a jacket that fits well, send it to the atelier instead. We'll copy the block off the garment directly — the closest fit we can offer first try.
Confirm and pay deposit
Within thirty-six hours of placing the order, the atelier sends a confirmation email with final measurements and finishing notes. Once you sign off, you pay 30% to begin; the balance is settled a week before shipping.
Tailoring
Cloth arrives from Italy or England, and our team of six tailors hand-cuts, sews, and presses each garment. No jacket passes through more than five hands, from pattern to finishing.
Three photos are uploaded to your order page along the way: cut pieces, half-made, finished.
Try-on window
DHL Express delivers door-to-door — three to five days to most markets. You have fourteen days from receipt to wear it, hang it, and decide. If shoulder, sleeve, or length is off, one alteration is free of charge.
Lifetime care
From the day of delivery, your block is kept on file at the atelier. Every subsequent order skips the measuring step — we adjust from the existing pattern.
Buttons, lining, and pocket repairs are free for life.
