Jinko has no call centre. Every email lands in a shared inbox at the atelier; whichever tailor is on duty, or the founder, replies in turn. Average response time is forty-eight hours, slightly longer over weekends.
For urgent matters — orders in production, shipping, alterations in transit — prefix the subject line with "URGENT · 急" and we’ll bump it to the top.

We don't accept walk-ins. If you happen to be in Tokyo and would like to see the workshop, email ahead — we host short tours on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
